PREPARARTION

OVEN DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 200°C (375°F)
Place portions in a small, uncovered pan and cook for 30 minutes.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Place frozen portions top side down in a microwave safe dish
For 1 portion, cook on defrost 3-4 minutes
Turn over and cook on high for 2-2.5 minutes
For more portions, adjust time accordingly.
