1 tablespoon(s) cayenne powder
1 teaspoon(s) whiye pepper, freshly ground

1 teaspoon(s) coriander
1 tablespoon(s) cumin
4 fresh rosemary sprigs
12 medium pink shrimp, peeled. tail on
4 8 ounce tuna steaks
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Spice-rubbed Tuna with Pink Shrimp Directions
Combine spices in a small bowl. Strip the leaves from the lower half of each rosemary sprig to make a skewer. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Brush shrimp and tuna steaks with olive oil then coat with spice mixture. Heat stove top grill or gas grill to high heat. Place shrimp on grill and cook 2-3 minutes per side until opaque. Place tuna steaks on grill and cook to sesired doneness, truning once. Cook 2 minutes on each side for rare center; 3-5 minutes each side for medium center: 5-8 minutes each side for well-done center.
