This simple and delicious dish can be served over rice or broad noodles.

Ingredients

For 4 servings

Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon(s) hard margarine
  • 1 pound(s) sirloin steak, cut across grain into1/8 inch thick slices
  • 1.25 cup(s) light sour cream
  • 0.5 enveolpe of dry onion soup mix, stirred before dividing
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sherry or alcohol-free sherry

Simple Stroganoff Directions

  1. Melt margerine in non-stick frying pan. Stir-fry steak until no pink remains.
  2. Add remaning 4 ingredients. Heat on low, stirring often, until heated through.
  3. Do not boil.
