For 4 people

Recipe

  • 4 BW Filet Mignons
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Salt

Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon Directions

  1. Remove 4 portions from freezer to thaw
  2. Prepare seasoning - combine and mix salt, pepper and oil together on a plate.
  3. When filets are thawed but still cold rub steaks on all sides in seasoning
  4. Let stand until meat is at room temperature - minimum 30 minutes to season
  5. When steaks reach room temperature they are ready for the cooking method of your choice.
